Chatty had her Kindergarten Fun Day last Friday. For us old people it was what we used to call Field Day. Chatty had fun and we had some perfect sunny weather for the festivities.

The boy in the corner of this last picture asked me to walk him to the bathroom at one point. Very politely I might add. Anyway on the way there he says "Chatty likes to chase me on the playground." I said, "Oh that's nice, she loves to run and play at recess." Then he says "Chatty likes to give me lots of hugs on the playground too!" Umm really ... wasn't sure what to say at that point! I asked her about it in the car and at first she denied it and then fessed up .. what are we going to do when she is a teenager??

Hopefully, she's friends with at least one of those girls when she's in high school and college. Always fun :)
Uh oh, sounds like she's already got a way with the boys. And what a little athlete! Not surprising, though. I'm kinda of jealous - I think we should organize a Field Day of our own.
I loved Field Day!!! Do they still do the 3-legged race? That was MY specialty. I was quite the tomboy back in the day. :)

The scooters in the last post bring back horrifying memories for me. I ran over some kids fingers in gym one day and he came back to school with a cast on. EMBARRASSING!

Love the pics! So cute! Shaun said last night he wised it was his birthday. I asked why and he said because then he could have Lacey over to his house. Awww...he misses her! We miss you all too!
